At Rapture Arts we specialize in Burlesque, Pole Fitness (and Kindy Gym) foundations, making a real effort to ensure that moves are achievable, we progress in a gradual manner, each week adding more moves, and going over previous ones. You will notice the difference in your strength quicker than you think. We use varying techniques to gain fundamental skills and strength and change the moves as you progress to utilize different muscles.
