We have been open since 2012 and offer a variety of classes to suit all styles and fitness levels. We aim to empower people from all walks of life to feel fit and fabulous, and our competitively priced classes offer amazing value for money.

Our classes aim to increase strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and promote mental and physical well-being. The instructors at G-Force are highly experienced and undertake regular training to ensure they are following best practise and can support student needs.
